I have been skateboarding since April 2012. It has brought me to places I have dreamed of visiting, led to friendships and relationships I could have only imagined, and has kept my curiosity peeked constantly. This four-wheeled wooden toy has engraved into my head the act of constant observation and the need to scan my surroundings to unveil any potential abstractions in the environmental landscape that surrounds me. I studied and received a BFA at Pace University which ultimately became the reason I picked up a camera in 2019. Since I began pursuing photography, I have searched for the bliss and progression within my personal space. While presenting a visual narrative through my photographs, I strive to encompass the environments, events, and personalities that shape the lives of my subjects. Life is filled with volatility and I aim to converge the physical emotional, and spiritual aspects of the inimitable that is placed in front of my lens through meticulously framed compositions. Viewers of my work can expect to question their vulnerability and embrace curiosity regarding the devotion, commitment, and spontaneity that can be overwhelmingly chaotic yet seamless throughout my art.
